Trainer Administration and Management (Process Engineering)

Company Name: Caring For Care

Caring For Care is one of UK’s healthcare and clinical training providers. They work with healthcare providers, councils, Clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), private hospitals, and NHS organizations. More than 15,000 nurses, care managers, and health care workers receive annual training from their highly qualified tutor team.

Scenario Analysis

Caring For Care relied on a mix of manual and digital processes, fragmenting the management of trainers. Recruitment, scheduling, hotel bookings, and paperwork required heavy administrative effort, leading to delays and cancellations, increased costs, and no structured way to measure trainer performance.

Our Solution

Through Project TAaM (Trainer Administration and Management), trainer administration process was redesigned with clear, streamlined workflows for recruitment, induction, scheduling, and resource management. We introduced structured timelines, KPI-based performance reviews, and a merit-driven recognition system. These processes are now being embedded into Zoho automation, creating a unified platform for onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Business Impact

While full implementation is underway, Project TAaM has established the foundation for automation and scalability. Caring For Care is now positioned to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen trainer engagement as Zoho-driven workflows are rolled out. This groundwork ensures a future-ready model that will deliver measurable impact in the next project phase.
